Family Friendly Retreat

The Pine & Pier House was thoughtfully designed for families to relax, reconnect, and make lifelong memories together. Every detail from the brand new furnishings to the cozy layout creates a welcoming space that feels like home the moment you arrive.

2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms: Comfortably accommodates 6–8 guests (County ordinance allows up to 6 adults; additional space for guests 13 & under up to 8 total).
Completely Renovated in October 2025: All new furnishings, appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, paint, and décor with modern Tahoe charm.
Family Friendly Layout:
- The secondary bedroom features twin bunk beds with a trundle and a full-size bed, ideal for families of 4–5 or great for the kids to all share a bedroom together.
- The upstairs pull out queen sofa bed is hotel grade and incredibly comfortable for extra guests.
- The primary ensuite king bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with an upgraded mattress and linens, perfect for slow lake mornings or cozy snowed in cabin days.
Brand New Beds & Linens: Plush, hotel quality comfort for every guest.
Entertainment & Relaxation
- Large Smart TVs in the living room and primary bedroom.

and for future guests, we kindly ask that you review the following house policies.

Reservations & Stay

Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Check-In: 4:00 PM (self check-in via keypad)
Check-Out: 10:00 AM

House Rules

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM (thank you for respecting our neighbors and the peace of the lake)
Parties & Events: Not permitted.
No Smoking & No Pets: To keep the house fresh and allergy-friendly for everyone.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture inside or outside.
Deck Safety: In winter, decks may be icy — use caution.
Fire Safety: No fireworks, campfires, or open flames allowed.

Wildlife & Bear Awareness

We’re fortunate to share this area with Lake Tahoe’s beautiful wildlife. To keep everyone safe:

Always use the bear box for trash.
Never leave food in your car.
Never leave food unattended outdoors.

Cleaning & Check-Out

We want your stay to feel easy, but we ask for a few small things before you go:

Please take out the trash (using the bear box).
Load the dishwasher.
Leave used towels in the bathroom.
A cleaning fee will be collected at the time of booking to cover professional cleaning.
